This is a non-refundable application fee payable into the bank after the assessment form has been issued.

Costs

The Tribunal may, at its discretion, make orders for payment of costs and compensation. Such orders must be reasonable and adequate. 

Service on respondent

Proper service is essential for valid proceedings. It ensures that all parties are aware of the application and have an opportunity to respond.

Best Evaluated Bidder and Interested Parties

It is a requirement that the Best Evaluated Bidder, or any other interested party where applicable, must be served with the application and directed to participate and file a response.
