Tribunal Composition and Leadership

The Tribunal is led by a Chairperson and supported by members appointed in accordance with the law. The Chairperson must be qualified to be a judge of the High Court. Members are appointed from the private sector and are expected to possess knowledge and experience in public procurement, finance, commerce, business, administration, law, or another relevant profession
